This application form will be entered into the display case waiting list. Applications may be submitted up to one calendar year in advance. Display cases will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the order applications are received. Due to the presence of some permanent library displays, space is limited. Submission of this form does not guarantee a display case spot. If the preferred month and the alternative month are not available, an alternative month may be suggested, subject to availability.
