The City of Pleasanton is seeking individuals interested in announcing at the annual Hometown Holiday Parade. If selected, you will announce parade entrants and make on-the-fly announcements based on parade needs. Please get the script from hometownholiday.com, make a roughly 1 minute video of yourself in standing position against a plain background, complete this form and submit your video if you would like to audition to be a parade announcer for the 2026 Hometown Holidays Parade.

Walk-up auditions will not be considered.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION IS NOVEMBER 8TH.

Important Parade Announcer Dates and Times:

Tuesday 11/30 6-8 p.m. | Script Review and Rehearsal | Firehouse Arts Center- Saturday 12/5 2:30-8 p.m. | Hometown Holidays Parade.
